At Aesthetics Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive your unique authorization number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
